What Happens When I Arrive for my Appointment?
When you arrive, you will be greeted by one of our friendly and courteous Service Consultants. All you have to do is give them your name and your keys and they will verify with you what services you are going to have done.
- If you are going to wait for your vehicle to be finished, you will find yourself in our brand new waiting area. We have Free WiFi Available, a Keurig Coffeemaker, Cable TV, and comfortable new chairs for you to use while you wait. (We will also be adding a magazine rack and a laptop bar soon!)
- If you need a ride to work, we offer a free Shuttle Service (within a limited distance). We will also pick you up when your vehicle is ready, if that's more convenient for you.
- If your appointment is going to be lengthy and you have things you need to do, we have Service Loaners available. If you would like a Service Loaner, just ask! All we need to do is grab a copy of your license, and have you sign a rental agreement. You can get all of your errands done while your vehicle is getting fixed.
