Service BDC Representative

Saint J Subaru Service is seeking a Service BDC Representative.

Our team is passionate, creative, determined, and has a can-do mindset.  The Service BDC Representative would perform a wide range of customer service-related duties.  In this role you would handle service department customer calls, emails, and walk-in appointments.  You would work closely with the Service Team Members, Service BDC Manager,  and Subaru Leadership.  If you have demonstrated experience as an effective collaborator, a problem solver, and have proven superior customer service skills we encourage you to apply.

Customer Attendant/Vehicle Coordinator - Service Department

Service Porter

We have an immediate opening for a Service Porter.  Applicant must hold a valid drivers license, be able to work 40 hours, be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well with others.  No experience is required. 


You will be responsible for:


  1. Checking in, moving and parking service vehicles

  2. Accommodating the needs of advisors, manager and technicians

  3. Clean the service drive and help keep shop clean

  4. Offer shuttle services locally

  5. Loaner Fleet Manager 

  6. Remove snow from parking lot and vehicles during winter

Loaner Fleet Management:

  1. Distribute loaners to scheduled and emergency customers

  2. Complete a walk around inspection of vehicle after customer utilization

  3. Obtain mileage and fuel amount, check in vehicle and clean exterior and sanitize interior. Fill fuel as needed. 

  4. Frequent checks of parking lot for loaner vehicles 

  5. Update loaner spreadsheet with plates, VINs and stock numbers

Auto Detail Specialist

The Auto Detail Specialist works in the Reconditioning department cleaning vehicles. Job includes experience with the following:

  1. Washing exterior of vehicles, using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes.
  2. Applying wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surfaces to protect surfaces and preserve shine, using cloth or buffing machine.
  3. Vacuuming interiors of vehicles.
  4. Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
  5. Applies revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces, and treats fabrics with spot and stain resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
Requirements:
  • Harding working individuals only
  • Must be a self-starter and work without direct supervision 
  • Must have a close attention to DETAIL
  • Need valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work full time: 8am-6pm

Job Responsibilities

The Sales Consultant has the opportunity to interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase. Who Would I Interact With?

  • Use a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the Customer's needs.
  • Create a great vehicle delivery experience for the Customer.
  • Follow up with Customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Prospect new Customers through referrals and other creative approaches.
  • Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help Customers.
  • Transition Customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience.
  • Provide an exceptional Customer experience to drive loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Previous commission-based sales experience.
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization and follow-up skills.
  • Experience and desire to work with technology.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends, as scheduled.
