Happy Saturday! As many people in the Subaru world are aware, there has been a recall issued on 2016 Subaru Outback and Legacy's. At Saint J Subaru we are working extremely hard to be as accommodating as possible for all of our customers that are affected by this recall. In an effort to best serve our customers we would like to bring everyone up to speed on some important details so everyone can be as informed as possible.
-The only models affected are 2016 Outback and Legacy's. If you have a Forester, Crosstrek or Impreza please continue to enjoy your vehicle smile emoticon.
-We have a list of the VIN's that are involved in the recall. Please call us at 802-748-2000 so we can cross reference your VIN. If you bought your vehicle elsewhere that store is the only dealership that can repair your vehicle so please reach out to that particular dealership.
-In the event that your VIN is on the list, please call Subaru Roadside Assistance at 800-261-2155 and have your vehicle towed to our dealership. It is important to note again that you MUST have the vehicle brought to the dealer at which you purchased the vehicle if it is on the list of affected VINs.
