The Catamount Arts Annual “All Wheel for the Arts” Car Raffle is, by far, our biggest donations of the year. We have partnered with Catamount Arts – our local arts center – for the last 7 years and we plan to keep this partnership going. Every year the raffle gets bigger and better. This year, there were some added prizes that made the grand prize an even sweeter deal!

The Crosstrek has been one of the most popular Subaru models since it made it into the line-up in 2013. So popular in fact, it has been a struggle just to keep them in our inventory. We sell them faster than we could get them, so the record sales of over 1,400 tickets for the Catamount Arts Raffle was no surprise to us. The 2015 Subaru XV Crosstrek has an MSRP starting at $24,752, is jam packed with all kinds of state of the art technology, including a back-up Camera, Bluetooth Connectivity and a Premium Audio System. Local Businesses donated more prizes as well. Q Burke Mountain donated Ski Lift Passes and The Lyndonville Sports Shop Donated a Thule Box to complete this Crosstrek with a total Outdoors Upfit.

We are proud of the fact that we have such a huge part of this community-wide raffle to raise money for such a great organization! Hearing the excitement in their voice when we call the lucky winner is rewarding every year. This year the winner took it one step further and we couldn’t be more pleased. Dan Wyand, a local Physical Therapist, won the 2016 Subaru Crosstrek this year, but instead of keeping this hot new car for himself, Dan turned around and gave it to someone who he knew really needed a new car! We love to give back to our community, but when our community turns around and pays it forward, it makes us extremely happy.
