Subaru Road Racing Team Reaches Podium at Miami GRAND-AM Race

Phoenixville, Pa., April 28, 2012 â?? Subaru Road Racing Team (SRRT) teammates Andrew Aquilante and Bret Spaude qualified for a front row start, and achieved a third place finish Saturday at Homestead-Miami Speedway. The two-and a half-hour sprint race served as the third round of the 2012 GRAND-AM Continental Tire Sports Car Championship.

 Similar in size to a Miata, the Subaru BRZ weighs just a hair over 2600 pounds and features a 200 HP Boxer engine.  The high horsepower boxer sits low in the chassis giving the BRZ a mind blowing 18â?? center of gravity. SRT USA attends the 2011 SEMA Show

The SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world and takes place every year at the Las Vegas Convention Center. At the Subaru display SRT USA drivers Dave Mirra and David Higgins were on hand to meet with attendees and to sign memorabilia & posters.
